Commission Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • There will be small fee via P!ayp!al invoice only.

  • Please provide commission details with in bullet points since I have mild dyslexia.

  • Upfront payment only. I will only start the commission after payment. I will be sending an invoice to you, so please do not send any money before that. I will not be allowing refunds.

  • I have the right to refuse your commission if I feel that it isn't within my capabilities.

  • I might request to make the commission a private commission if I'm not comfortable posting certain subjects in the commission publicly.

  • All commissions will have a maximum of 2 characters. Except for mobs characters (Faces mostly omitted and lesser details).

  • There will be extra charge for detailed characters, detailed armor/outfit, complex props (tentacles, etc) or mobs characters .

  • Please provide image references for the requested characters. I will NOT draw based only on descriptions.

  • I will only do maximum 2 revisions for sketches and 2 for Line-art, 2 for Base color, any extra revisions will require extra charges.

  • OMAKASE style = No WIP being sent and no revision.

  • After the approval of line-art I will not be doing any more major changes to the illustration.

  • Before requesting, please read the Terms of Service carefully. Any request that violating ToS would be declined by the artist.

USE:

  • You may repost the commission done for you with the proper credits. Commissions are for Personal use only.

  • You may base any future commissions on the design provided in this commission.

  • You may NOT edit the artwork in a way that promotes harm (adding wounds or offensive imagery).

  • You may NOT claim credit for creating this artwork or attribute it to other persons.

  • You may NOT use this work to promote harm or solicit money or services.

  • Usage of final work for blockchains and NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) is NOT allowed.

  • Usage of final work associated with Artificial Intelligence (inputting into an AI software of any sort) is NOT allowed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

  • I own the rights to this work.

  • As an artist, I have the rights to use and post the images.

  • Finished artwork except private commissions, will be posted on my SNS.

  • No reselling of the image or design.

  • NDA must be negotiated and fees apply.

REFUNDS:

  • All commissions are not refundable.

  • Chargebacks will result in a blacklist unless immediately resolved.

PROGRESS

1. Fill out the form via Google Forms.2. I will contact you via email in a few days after the selection process.3. I will calculate the total price and communicate via email for your payment details. I will start working on your commission after I get the full payment.4. I will be sending your commission progress by email throughout the working process. Progress update points are the following: (1) sketch, (2) line art, (3) base color, (4) finished piece.5. After I have finished your commission I will send you the PNG via Email.

  • Female Characters. (I'm bad at them)

  • Character design.

  • Real People (this includes live action movie characters, or video game characters based on real people).

  • Politic/Religious/Hateful topics.

  • Commission with deadlines.

  • Heteros porn & Human's Vaginal (Monster's Slit OK).

  • Hoyoverse Characters.
